Work with PF Solicitors

Get the freedom to work how you want, together with the support you need to succeed. More often than not, companies are offering fixed term contracts to individuals, which does not allow them to progress in their work. With us, you’ll work with more flexibility and more control.

Become a Consultant Lawyer

Who works like this?

Lawyers come to us for a whole range of reasons – the search for more interesting work, to develop specialist skills or they just want a change. What they all share is a desire for a degree of control over their work/life balance that traditional models can’t offer.

Our clients want lawyers who integrate seamlessly and add value, so we generally look for those of a self-starting persuasion. We welcome those who have taken alternative routes into law, and those who have may have taken time out of their career for various reasons.

What experience do I need?

All our lawyers have worked in private practice, or as part of major in-house teams. They have experience across a wide range of legal disciplines. Most have more than two years’ PQE, but we’re happy to consider more junior levels if you can show professional maturity and a commitment to working independently.
